It seems as though Usen is pushing through with its plans to work with Livedoor.
Uno last week said he would personally acquire a 12.74 pct stake in Livedoor and seek business tie-ups with the firm in a bid to turn the company around.
Even though three former Livedoor employees have been released from prison, it looks as though the chances of Horie to be released on bail are fairly slim.
Media and internet company Usen is still considering a tie-up with Livedoor despite an announcement by the Tokyo Stock Exchange that is shares are to be delisted.

Horie will be served with further indictments this week. If found guilty he could be facing up to five years in prison.
